God’s Heart for the Lost Souls of the Arab World
Hundreds of millions of souls across the Arab world are waiting for the opportunity to know their Savior. Our Christian brothers and sisters in Egypt, sustained by faith and commitment, continue to share the Gospel and serve their communities in the midst of challenging circumstances — shining as lights in the darkness.
We in America are blessed with religious freedom and material abundance. May we hold with grateful hearts those faithful members of the Body of Christ who continue to serve the Lord through difficult seasons. God deeply loves these precious souls, and He calls us to walk alongside them — bringing the hope of salvation and the love of Christ to them.
Ministry Overview
Spring of Water International Ministries responds to God’s Great Commission with steadfast faith. Through multilingual discipleship Bible study resources, we support churches in Muslim-majority nations, enabling God’s Word to take root in believers’ lives and become a beacon that leads souls to salvation. We firmly believe that only the truth and love of Christ can set bound souls free and bring eternal transformation. God is at work in Egypt and across the Arab world, and through SOWIM’s partnership with local churches, more people are hearing the gospel, coming to know salvation, and witnessing God’s marvelous plan of redemption.
It is estimated that in 2026, at least USD 100,000 will be needed to support the following ministries:
- Translation and Publication of Discipleship Materials
Completing the Arabic editions for use by local churches. - Production of Expository Teaching Videos
Producing 13 Arabic-language videos to communicate the message of salvation. - Medical and Educational Support
Renovating church clinics, schools, and orphanages, and providing essential medical equipment.
Let us respond together to God’s call by sowing the seeds of eternal salvation in the Arabs world, so that more souls may encounter the love and hope found in Christ.
The Sowing Short-Term Mission Team conducted a series of discipleship and Bible study workshops in Egypt, serving local church pastors and staff in El Minya, Assiut, and Alexandria. Using Arabic-language study materials from the Book of Chronicles, they led small-group reading, Bible study, and sharing sessions. The response was enthusiastic and exceeded expectations. Despite the tense situation in the Middle East, the team members experienced peace in the presence of God and witnessed the testimony of the Egyptian church and Christian schools amidst challenging circumstances. Subsequently, the team traveled to Ghana, where they continued their pastoral training and Sunday ministry in Accra and rural churches, observing the local churches’ commitment to education, youth ministry, and evangelism. This short-term mission not only sowed the seeds of God’s Word but also deeply stirred everyone’s burden and hope for global missions.
